Political Divisions of Ethiopia

Proverbs 22: 28 - the Word of God:

     "Do not move an ancient boundary stone 

set up by your ancestors."

The ethnic based administrative division of Woyane was initiated by the colonialists during the era of scrambling for Africa. Woyane has been implementing ethnic-based politics and working hard to divide the country using a fake federalism for the last 25 years. Since God hates people who cause conflicts between communities, the practice of Woyane has failed and all the people of Ethiopia are standing together against Woyane. It is fascinating to see how Woyane leaders became very desperate and angry when the Oromo and Amhara people showed their unity. This is a victory to Ethiopians and a failure to Woyane.

May God bring future leaders who can unify the country and who can work towards equality, growth and prosperity for all Ethiopians!

What God Despises

What God extremely hates and an abomination to Him is when a person brings conflicts among brothers.  For the last 25 years, the Ethiopian regime is systematically creating conflicts among Ethiopians and the regime is now gathering its rotten fruits. How awful it is to face the judgment of God! God brings justice and His wrath is inevitable on evil doers.  God will wipe away people who are performing the things that the Creator of the universe hates. The things that God hates are clearly observed in the current regime.  The Bible in Proverbs Chapter 6 from Verses 16 to 19 as quoted from the New International Version (NIV) reads as follows:

¹⁶ There are six things the Lord hates,

        seven that are detestable to him:
¹⁷ haughty eyes,
        a lying tongue,
        hands that shed innocent blood,
¹⁸ a heart that devises wicked schemes,
        feet that are quick to rush into evil,
¹⁹ a false witness who pours out lies
        and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.
